Group Franchise Proposal In July, 2003, the Grand Council submitted an alternative funding model for the Board's consideration.
Geographic Polling Proposal A proposal submitted to the Board in 2003 to allow geographic-based participation rolls in the SCA.
Polling the Membership A proposal was subitted in September, 2001 on how to poll SCA members. Various ways of polling statistically significant numbers of members are examined and an attempt is made to assess them against the criteria of set-up cost, operational cost, access to and of the membership, likely response levels and speed of response.
Electronic Communications Policy A proposal that the Board increase and improve communication to and from the membership via electronic media was submitted in March, 2001. The Grand Council strongly recommended that it be enacted immediately by the Board of Directors and the Officers of the Society.

A proposal to allow local incorporation where it would assist the Society in conducting its business.
